Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window
You can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Used or worn helmets (for safety reasons)
- Clearance and final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to Order History
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Choose the reason for return and submit
- You'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Pack the item securely with all original materials
- Schedule a pickup or drop at our return center
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our quality check team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
We offer free size and color exchanges for most products. The exchange item must be of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for immediate pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
